Why does this site disappear?

    Saxman New year, new hope...

    There are times when I go to look at what people post, here at GTP, and get redirected to something saying that this site is "offline". Anything else I log onto, regardless of what site I go to, works just fine. Does anyone else see this?

    What is up with this?
