Richard "Iceman" Kuklinsk TORTURED many of the people to death. He once set fire to a women and burned her alive. As a Sniper at least you take out a person in one quick shot, and possibly good for the world who knows.
I never read anything about Iceman torturing anyone and he apparently wouldn't kill women or children. He also said he didn't get anything from the kill, just the sport of the chase. Not sure how many savages Kyle killed were women and children but if anyone has read his book let me know. He'd definitely get points for being colder than the Iceman!
John Gotti hired him to torture and kill. For an additional price, Kuklinski would make his victims suffer; he conducted this sadistic business with coldhearted intensity and shocking efficiency, never disappointing his customers
I'm not a true crime buff but I know Kuklinski admitted and made up lots of shit for celebrity. Captain America seems to have that trait as well. Problem with these goddamn psychopaths! Ya just can't trust em!
