    Naw, we don't hate Norv. At least I don't. We handed him the keys to a Lamborghini and he's been grinding the clutch and hitting trashcans and parked cars ever since. Right now we're pretty much down to the chassis and wheels. Our bad, we didn't give him the loss/damage waiver.

    But he's an excellent driver as long as he drives slow on a circular driveway. But not on Monday, definitely not on Monday.

    I certainly don't hate Norv.

    I simply don't dig some of the small details he doesn't tend to and the fact that he self-admittedly let our roster get worse without as much as a peep when it could have done some good.

    If stated correctly....I want him demoted more than I want him fired, but since that won't happen.....the next best thing is the ax!
