I call bullshit.

I can see A.J. firing Norv only in order to deflect blame from himself and protect his own ass. If he does nothing this offseason, it'll look like he's complacent and satisfied with a lousy team.

I can see this as well.

And I can see myself continuing to not spend one thin dime in support of this organization.

Don't fire Norv! He is just beginning to turn the Chargers into his own team, getting rid of him now would set back all that you have accomplished over the last two years!

Expectations have hit rock bottom. The guy has a chance?

Listen, when the owner of the company sends a message that a 4-6 start is ok as long as you turn it around that reverberates throughout the team. They all become slackers. After failing to make the playoffs last year and the worst getting swept by the Raiders this clown still has a chance going 4-6 and putting us LAST F'N PLACE in the AFC W????? Unbelieveable.

I listened to Norvs presser this morning. Again, blaming the players and praising himself and his staff. How do you praise yourself after a 5 game losing streak? Who is this fool kidding? "What I saw was guys playing to the best of their ability, ok, I'll tell you that". - A shot at AJ? Possibly, but most def. a shot at the players underneath him. And to once again throw your guys under the bus because you cant get more out of them. This coach is weak minded, weak spirited and a passive yes man. GET HIM THE F OUT OF THIS ORGANIZATION!!!

Housecleaning? How about an enema? Keep Joiner, Hal Hunter and out with the rest.

Unfortunately, if Norv is fired, AJ will probably just hire another "yes man" that no other team wanted.

For those that speak so definitively about things they can't possibly know for sure....like some other coach can get more out of what we have.....I have a challenge for you.

Take the four best teams in each conference and tell me which guys on our team could easily supplant the guy on any of those rosters that currently holds their comparable position.....and not subjective calls cause we like a player on our team....actually most folks would pick our guy over theirs kind of stuff.
