Been getting some complaints about being unable to post or start a new thread. I just had the same issue on a system I've been using here for years.

Couldn't post until I switched background style. Now works fine.

Can't start a new thread no matter what background.

Running xp and Firefox.....works fine on my laptop with windows 7 and my iPad.

Anyone else?.....if you can post that is.

I was just coming in to post on this. I have had some complaints too. It seems to be an issue with Firefox. I will hopefully have an upgrade and fix this weekend. Please use an alternate browser until then. I'll let you all know when I update because it will have a bit of down time.

I strictly use FF. I have not had a problem as of yet, but I switched views just about a week ago by chance. Fluid Light

Had problem with work computers (windows vista) but none at home (windows vista and 7) and both using Firefox.....

If you hit the "reply" button, it automatically reply's without an action taken or a letter typed, so then you have to hit "edit" and then reply.

Is this the same problem? It's working fine at home.....but not on my work network.....strange?

I run firefox and had the same problem trying to start a thread or replying to a post until I switched backgrounds. I see RJ is back to himself.

SonofaBolt Go AJ! And take Norv with you.

It happened after I updated FireFox to v9.1. I switched styles to GTP Fluid Light from Transparent and no longer encounter the problem.

OK, sounds like a winner. At least there's a couple spots I can get a fix from...

Thanks all. I think I will disable the dark skins for a bit too.
