Texans free-agent quarterback Matt Leinart is scheduled to visit Oakland next week, a trip during which he is likely to sign with the Raiders, according to league sources. The deal, if finalized, would give the Raiders two former Heisman Trophy-winning quarterbacks from USC, and it would be expected that Leinart, not former third-round pick Terrelle Pryor, would be Oakland's primary backup to Carson Palmer. Leinart's signing would also reconnect him with Oakland offensive coordinator Greg Knapp, who coached Leinart in recent seasons with the Houston Texans. Most people around the league thought Pryor had the inside track on the Raiders backup quarterback job. But a new Raiders front office and coaching staff has targeted changes at the position, sources have said. Link
