Does the MWC not have a tournament? If not, how are the Aztecs the conference champs, when the team that gave them both losses has the same record?
There are 2 championships: The regular season championship is based on record only. SDSU and BYU both are 14-2 in conference,i guess the ncaa doesnt count head to head wins. The MWC tournament championship is completely separate. It has no affect on the regular season championship. it will determine the seed we get in the ncaa tournament,if we win the MWC tournament we will likely get a 2 seed in the ncaa tournament,if we lose we will likely drop to the 3rd or 4th seed in the ncaa tournament

his 3 was pretty legit, i was hoping that some1 on the team banked a 3 just to end the game on a high note! I went to the Viejas Arena today for the selection show. it was an awesome atmosphere. filled up about a 1/4 of the stadium. it was cool tho.
Aztecs move on, meet Temple on Saturday...worried though, too many easy shots missed along with free throws...
