It's no surprise to the team that drafted him.
We knew about this? This definitely makes this draft significantly worse. AJ move right there.
If this makes him a better player down the road....fine with me. You might of kinda thought EVERYONE KNEW he was injured and needed surgery.....and we could of maybe got him as an UDFA.....but maybe not. We needed depth at OL before hearing this, so are we any worse off??
BTW....he may be the first, won't be last new player to go on the IR before the first game. Not a major deal to me. Watching film when he was healthy was impressive, and the word is he played pretty well with those injuries.......wonder how good he can be 100% healthy?
Marcus McNeil........keep your cell phone on!
English part Deux! AJ stays true to form!
Whatever happend to the kid from LSU who was injured when we drafted him....... I wanna say his name was Byrd but I could be completely wrong.
yes it was byrd WR from lsu , in a car accident was in the hospital bed before the draft was in the last round a few years ago
great run blocker who is shit at pass protection. Means he was competing against Vasquez. WAS! Jesus, AJ! terrible, just terrible
Vasquez: "Yay, I'm rich forever"!
You are correct, Charger550!
Demetrius Byrd, anyone? This was about as dumb a move as I ever saw. Maybe a nice human interest thing but it was NOT a good pick.
That could be part of why they signed Hadnot.
