Just wondering. I just (gulp) bought one and I don't want it to turn into an instrument that I hang towels and stuff on to dry.
Point it at your TV and watch football. It's amazing how less boring and annoying those things are when you're watching a game. I use one at my gym, but I won't buy one for my home until they add cup holders. Where am I supposed to set my beer?
I used to do the same thing! My dog always gave this low growl when I put him on it. I later found out it was the doggie way of saying dick...
It took me awhile to see if I was all in for the investment or not. I really enjoyed taking the dogs for a walk for a little excercise, but it's fucking 5 degrees outside. I am not heading out. Time will tell if I can get my $'s worth.
In case you decide to use the Tread Mill...youre going to need some work out music http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ydo-HUxDyHM
Make it part of your routine, whether in the morning before work or after work. Just have a specific time and be consistent with it. Listening to music that gets you pumped is crucial too. If you start missing days, you will be doomed. Be consistent.
Awesome advice, I am on number two. The first one I broke like after two weeks and the the second is in garage, along with a punching bag, adjustable dumbells by Powerblock, jump rope, and a Bose III companion! Awesome little set up which paved the way for me to lose almost 30 lbs in about three months (late last year). Yes the tunes or a tv are a must and not skipping a day is crucial. Keep us posted
