Yay. The stealers got someone for their no name line. Except for pouncey.

Yes Gaither Hardwick and Vasquez are notable

YOU said it! You (and we guess AJ) decided you needed a OLB and took the highest available in a shitty year for OLB's and you clapped. lol

Let me put is this way.

Last season we were dead last in 3rd down defense. Last. Not the bottom 3rd or half. That means the rest of the nfl played better than us on 3rd down d.

Also last year we had a top 5 offense. With injuries most of the season we had a good run and pass offense.

So tell me again why OL was our biggest need?

Great points and I think the pass rush needed to be addressed during the draft.

One of the main reasons Rivers struggled last year is because the o-line did play horribly. No team in the NFL started as many linemen (11) as the Chargers last year.

With Dielman gone and Hardwick getting older, who is the starting left guard? Who is the backup center?
DeCastro could fit both of those issues, and in a big way.

Ingram could be good. He could even be great. But I think he could also become a bad memory and wasted pick.

I do not think DeCastro would become a bad memory or wasted pick.

Buddy Nix was on the Herd just a few minutes ago, and said that Ingram was the best pass rusher in the draft.
