Thanks for the recipe bro... Imma see if I can make it on the third or forth batch...13lbs of extract!!!! holy shit..... this beer is gonna put me to sleep.

Dude, my very first brew day was yesterday... I pitched the yeast and aerated around 8pm last night.......woke up this morning at 9am to a bubbling airlock... I was worried that I didnt aerate it enough.....but I guess i did. YAY!!!!!

      so far so good.

so I have a quick question for you....
when should you rack a beer into the secondary fermenter.... I know its not required, but It came with my kit so id like to use it.... plus Id rather have a clearer beer than a big yeast cake at the bottom of every bottle. Ive read the 1-2-3 rule which is 1 wk primary-2wks secondary- 3 weeks bottle. But then other people say to rack into secondary after the bubbles have slowed to 1-3 bubbles per minute... Im pretty confused, since youve beeen brewing for quite a while I would like to know your advice on racking. When do you do it for your beer?

I could email the zip or you could just steal mine. My original is only slightly larger. I took it off one of the shirts in the chargers shop
